COACHES

Adaptive plans. Clear system holds when it matters.

Manual recalculation is slow. Clients still need clear plans, clear explanations, and conservative guidance when signals conflict.

The plan stops pretending every day is the same.

01

before: manual updates

after: per-athlete plans adapt around readiness

02

before: reasoning scattered

after: every adjustment is explained plainly

03

before: uncertainty buried

after: low-confidence guidance is held by the safety layer

CAPABILITIES

The pieces that matter most here.

Rules-Based Safety Controls

Low-confidence or conflicting signals can trigger a safety hold before guidance is shown.

Adaptive Training

Sessions can be kept, modified, shortened, or moved based on readiness, equipment, schedule, and progression rules.

Schedule Awareness

Preferred windows, calendar pressure, travel, and time limits are considered before training is shown as the plan.

Recovery Decisions

Fatigue, soreness, and sleep context can reduce load, swap sessions, or pull the plan back when needed.

COACH TOOLS

Roster visibility without implying medical review.

Coach tools are designed for roster visibility, athlete context, and programming support. Coach tools do not turn FlexForce X into a medical service or imply that every AI recommendation is manually reviewed. The system is not dependent on manual approval for every recommendation.

BUILDING WITH REAL USERS

Early access feedback is being gathered responsibly.

We are currently building with early testers across training, trainer-led, and everyday fitness use cases. Formal outcomes and product metrics will be published once the beta cohort has enough usage data to report responsibly.
