01

Is FlexForce X a workout app or a coach?

It is an AI fitness decision engine that generates and adapts recommendations autonomously within structured safety controls.* It builds and adapts training, nutrition, recovery, and schedule guidance, with safety holds when signals conflict or confidence is low.

02

How autonomous is the AI?

FlexForce X generates and adapts recommendations autonomously within structured safety controls.* Coach tools allow approved coaches to monitor athletes, manage rosters, and add programming context, but the system is not dependent on manual approval for every recommendation.

03

Can FlexForce X replace professional advice?

No. FlexForce X is for general fitness, wellness, and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should seek advice from qualified health professionals before making health, medical, nutrition, or training decisions where appropriate.

04

What happens if the system sees a risk?

The plan can be held, reduced, modified, or replaced with conservative guidance. A safety hold means the decision engine withholds higher-risk or low-confidence guidance.

05

Does FlexForce X give supplement recommendations?

It can, but conservatively. Supplements may be held back when user-reported context, allergies, product labels, or signal confidence is incomplete.

06

Will I get a full plan?

The goal is to generate complete plan coverage for the requested period. If plan data is missing, the system should show that clearly instead of presenting a partial plan as complete.

07

What should users expect?

FlexForce X helps users train, eat, recover, and adapt more consistently. Outcomes depend on adherence, context, readiness, and ongoing adjustments.

*Safety controls rely on users providing accurate and complete information. Outputs may be limited where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or not kept up to date.
